Pawling, NY

Posted from Pawling, New York, United States.

The last week from Delaware Water Gap, PA has been a blur. The days have been filled with over 20 miles of trail on average each day. I finally left the infamous PA rocks behind. I was racing to Pawling, NY to catch a train into NYC to meet my uncle and his family. I met up with them on Monday after my first (and hopefully only) 30 mile day. The only bright point of this section of trail was having access to a Deli about everyday. While this was more expensive than peanut butter and jelly, it sure tastes better. I ‘ve had the last three days off and hanging out with my cousins. The break has been nice, but tomorrow I am off again for the home stretch.

2/3 done
