Wolf Creek

Posted from California, United States.

Happy 4th of July! The town of Bridgeport seems to have massive celebrations for its size. The town is basically a strip town along the highway with 900 people. With all the cars, we thought a ride back to the trail would be easy. Four and a half hours and 3 rides later, threw that theory out the window. It wasn’t a lack of traffic, but people just weren’t stopping.

It was 5pm before we started down the trail. Even so, we were able to make it over our last 10,000’ section of trail for the entire trip. As we continued to drop lower, the snow should finally disappear. After 300 miles of snow, I’m ready for a change of scenery and to get back to easier mileage days.
