After a great day off, we got back on the trail at 4:30pm. As we left Snoqualmie Pass, the trail climbed 2400′ in 6 miles. It was almost dark by the time we crested the ridge and we had to hike another mile for a decent campsite. The evening air was warmer than normal, making it comfortable for me to hike in shorts for the first time in a week. Tomorrow should be easier with this huge climb out of the way.
