The most remote of America's premier long-distance trails, the Continental Divide Trail was the last premier trail for me to hike. The trail itself is not fully complete and often figuring out how to connect two sections is left to the discretion of the hiker. Length of the trail varies from 2600 to 3000 miles, depending on the actual route taken. My hike was 2,682 miles. I started on June 22, 2011 heading South (for the first time) with Kevin Jacobs. I completed the trail on October 28, 2011 in Mexico.
